MSC Strategy provides content strategy, social media management, YouTube growth consulting, and related digital marketing services (the "Services"). The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are confirmed directly with each client following a consultation call and are outlined in a separate proposal or service agreement.

3. Consultations & Booking

Free consultation calls booked through the Site are for the purpose of discussing potential fit and scope. Booking a call does not create a service agreement or obligation on either party until a proposal is accepted in writing.

4. Pricing

The Site does not list fixed pricing. Pricing is discussed and confirmed during your consultation call based on scope, and will be provided in writing before any engagement begins. There are no hidden fees.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms (including deposits, invoicing schedule, and accepted payment methods) are set out in each client's individual service agreement or proposal. Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms; MSC Strategy does not store your payment card information directly.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because MSC Strategy's services are time- and labor-based rather than physical products, the following applies unless otherwise stated in your individual service agreement:

• Consultation calls may be rescheduled or canceled at no charge with reasonable notice.
• Payments for work already completed or in progress are non-refundable.
• Ongoing engagements may be canceled by either party with written notice, as specified in your service agreement; any work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable.

Shipping and physical product return policies do not apply, as MSC Strategy provides digital services only.

7. Results & Earnings Disclaimer

MSC Strategy makes no guarantees regarding the level of success, follower growth, view counts, "viral" outcomes, or revenue you may experience from our services or advice. Statistics referenced on the Site (such as brands grown, years of experience, or lifetime views) reflect our own track record and are not a prediction or guarantee of results for any individual client.

Any testimonials or examples shared represent individual results and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar outcomes. Success depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, audience behavior, and your own execution and consistency.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, content and deliverables created by MSC Strategy for a client become the client's property upon full payment. All content, branding, and materials on the Site itself remain the property of MSC Strategy LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MSC Strategy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our Services, including lost profits or business opportunities.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
